- Wednesday 7:30-9pm-Yoga for Stress Management, Brookline Center for Adult Education-preregistration required
- Wednesday 6-7:30pm-Hatha Yoga, Brookline Center for Adult Education-preregistration required
- Saturday 11:30-12:30am-Mom and Baby Yoga, Balance Yoga, Wakefield
Individual Yoga Sessions
Individual sessions help you identify challenge areas and learn the alignment and postures that are right for your body. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs or could focus on strength, relaxation, balance, alignment or philosophy. We can also focus nutrition and stress management from a yogic perspective. Please contact me to get started on developing healthier, yogic life style.
